There is a two-year master's program in "Nuclear Physics and Physics of Elementary Particles" with specialization in physics run by the scientific and educational center of space studies functioning under the auspices of the Cosmic Ray division of A. Alikhanyan National Science Laboratory.
The purpose of the program is to teach fundamental principles of experimental physics based on current research challenges and to impart in-depth knowledge in the field of applied research.
The educational process is built on modern research methodology, scientific experiments, modeling and data analysis. The master's program is accompanied by scientific seminars, research practice, which enhance students’ and future scientists’ skills and competence in conducting experiments and running analyses, presenting and evaluating scientific material.
Students have the opportunity to participate in research activities at AANL divisions, as per their preference. The lecturers are AANL leading scientists. All the graduates of the master's program continue their professional activities in international organizations and at various departments of A. Alikhanyan National Science Lbaoratory.
