The Board of Trustees of the «A. Alikhanyan National Science Laboratory (Yerevan Physics Institute)» Foundation is the highest governing and supervisory body of the Foundation. The Chair and members of the Board are appointed by a decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

The Board of Trustees approves the Foundation’s strategic development program, organizational structure, staffing plan, as well as any additions and amendments thereto. The Board also approves the Foundation’s annual estimates of revenues and expenditures, amendments thereto, annual financial statements, and the conclusion of the person (auditor) who has conducted the audit of the financial statements.

The Board consists of 7 members, whose extensive professional experience in various fields of science contributes to the effective management of the Foundation and to ensuring high standards of strategic development and operations.
