On the occasion of International Children’s Day, the A. Alikhanyan National Science Laboratory welcomed the children and grandchildren of its employees.
During the day, the young guests had the opportunity to become acquainted with the scientific environment, tour the Laboratory, observe the work of scientists, and discover the fascinating world of science. For a few hours, they became the Laboratory’s youngest researchers, taking part in its everyday activities.
The day was also filled with fun activities, games, and pleasant surprises, giving the children vivid impressions, new knowledge, and unforgettable memories.
Children are our future, and encouraging their curiosity, creative thinking, and desire for knowledge is of particular importance to us. We believe that interest in science begins to take shape in childhood; therefore, the aim of this day was to introduce children to the scientific environment, encourage their curiosity, and inspire their desire to explore and discover. The popularization of science and the promotion of scientific thinking among young people are among the Laboratory’s strategic priorities, as the foundations of future scientific and technological progress are being laid today.
We congratulate all children on International Children’s Day and wish them good health, a carefree and happy childhood, endless curiosity, new discoveries, and great achievements.
